Yes our Church Membership Software allows you to create pictorial directories using membership data and photos you have uploaded to the membership software. The directory is printed in color and allows you to select which fields will be included in the directory.
You can also use our membership software cart feature to select specific groups or people to generate your directory. You can use this for example to create a youth directory with pictures. Or allow the youth to take their own pictures and develop a youth sponsored directory.

You can use ChurchLedger Membership Management Software. With our Membership Software you can track your parishioners. Track their attendance at church and send out mass emails to maintain communications.
We are currently working on a VCard import/export functionality that will allow you to transfer data to and from your PDA. Why are we working on this VCard functionality? Because like you, one of our subscribing churches asked for this additional functionality in our Church Membership Software. Being an open source production we can respond to event the smallest requests very fast.

Most definitely yes. Using the ChurchLedger CMS system you can upload images to the website. Tie these images to individual and family records. When you generate the Church Directory via the ChurchLedger Reports page simply click the "print picture" check box and viola!! -- Instant Church Pictorial directory from your Church Management System.

For one price we offer both Church Management Systems and Church Website Hosting. This is a great offering since most churches have to have a website and usually have to pay for hosting of the website. So in effect you are getting the Church Management Systems for free.
Another differentiator in our Church Management System and our competitors is we are a one month fee. We do not charge by user or church size. Each of our plans is based on the amount of bandwidth your site might generate. Each of the plans allows full use of the Church Management Systems.

No. Because our Church Management System is hosted we perform all the maintenance on the database and keep things running smoothly. We also use state of the art tools and do not use clunky desktop systems with virus prone Microsoft Windows.
There is no maintenance with ChurchLedger's Church Management Systems tool. Just use it!!!
